At BioCheck, we do things differently
Taking a break will fix everything, right? Traditionally, we’ve been accustomed to believing that rest solves everything. Applying the brakes more often is a good start, but it doesn’t contribute to sustainable recovery. You want to reset your body effectively and in the right way, leading to genuine recovery. For this, you need not only the right motivation but also the right actions. That’s precisely why we created the BioCheck recovery program, where you engage intensively in small groups of up to 6 people with guidance from physiotherapists, movement scientists, and psychologists.
This is what the recovery program involves:
- Physical intake of ± 2 hours
This includes a rest, stress measurement, and exertion test, discussing the intake form, and a medically validated fatigue questionnaire, explanation of using the BioCheck app, and a breathing exercise. You receive a report with the results of the measured physical parameters. With the intake, we aim to map your symptoms and provide insights into the physical tools you have for recovery. - 3 times a week group training on location
Under personal guidance, you will learn more about movement, relaxation, behavior, and health 3 times a week at our location in small groups of up to 6 participants. - Personal helpline
Outside the location sessions, you always have the option to chat with your guide(s). - 18 weeks of app usage
You gain daily insight into your resilience, behavior, and you follow our Protocol for movement. Additionally, you have the opportunity to measure your stress levels during work, sleep, and more. - A final measurement
What does it offer you?
Through education, cardio training, and breathing exercises following our BioCheck method, you gain insight into how your body works. We teach you to better switch between exertion and relaxation, allowing you to:

What do we ask of you?
We wish there was a quick fix for recovering from (chronic) fatigue, but you really have to put in the work yourself. However, we provide you with all the tools and guidance you need for an effective recovery within 18 weeks. You bring a good dose of motivation and daily effort. We take care of the rest.
