At BioCheck, we do things differently
The minimum waiting time at the GGZ is 14 weeks. At BioCheck, there is no waiting list, so your personnel can start immediately. We believe that recovery is best achieved when the complete picture is addressed: psychologically and physiologically. In this personalized program, individual psychological care is supported by our BioCheck method, including real-time physiological data, breathing therapy, and possible cardio training.
This is what the BioPsychology program includes:
- Telephonic intake
An initial orientation conversation of 20 minutes
- Physical intake
A 75-minute intake with a physical rest measurement, followed by the development of a treatment plan. - Start sessions
Depending on the participant’s individual situation, there are 6, 8, or 10 live BioPsychology sessions. If preferred, this can also be done online. - Polar H10 heart rate monitor
- Access to the BioCheck app
This allows the employee to conduct a rest measurement every morning to gain insights into stress and recovery capacity. Additionally, the employee measures multiple times a day, and each session with the psychologist is also tracked. This provides both the employee and the therapist with a better understanding of stress and recovery moments. - BioCheck breathing exercises & app

With extensive knowledge about the functioning of the body, the stress system, and mental education. In addition to conversations and measurements, it’s crucial to effectively secure knowledge about the consequences of behavior on the body and vice versa, ensuring sustainable results.

Is your employee already following a BioCheck Program? BioPsychology can be easily added from week 6 of the existing program. From then on, the employee has a bi-weekly session with one of our psychologists.
Our vision and treatment.
We perceive the body and mind as an integrated whole and treat them accordingly. We use scientifically supported treatment methods such as ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and EMDR for anxiety and trauma. In addition to psychological guidance, we also offer BioPsychology Active, where the participant engages in a physical BioCheck program.Â
