A lot of knowhow

On September 17, Patrick van Luijk and Annemarie Nikken from BioCheck will provide the Online Masterclass ‘How does stress work in your body and do you optimize your resilience?’ on behalf of Conclusion Learning Centers.  WE WELCOME YOU TO PARTICIPATE (ENTIRELY FREE OF CHARGE)!

Online master class | by BioCheck ‘HOW DOES STRESS WORK IN YOUR BODY AND OPTIMIZE YOUR RESISTANCE’ Thursday, September 17, 2020 1:00 PM – 1:50 PM

What to expect?
If you are (chronically) tired, we use our BioCheck app to measure when you sit still that your autonomic nervous system indicates the same stress activity as someone who runs a 10 km outside as fast as possible. And that all day long. Can you imagine how tired you must be?

During this interactive Online Masterclass we take you into the world of stress and vitality. How do you remain taxable? Even in busy and exciting times? Stress-related complaints and burnout are physiological conditions. You become emotionally and physically exhausted and are unable to do much or nothing. Why then, both preventative and curative, mainly mental coaching?

Free use of the BioCheck app for participants.
Participants in the Online Masterclass not only gain valuable insights, but also receive free access to the BioCheck app for 2 weeks.

Former Olympic athlete Patrick van Luijk

Program advisor Annemarie Nikken
